Web Platform for Mobile Adds

Project description

Our client company had a legacy dashboard that was build for a long time with really complicated logic for adding ads and set-up the ads campaign. This dashboard was build for using by the company managers. Our client asked us to develop the brand new tool for clients to set-up and get statistics from the campaigns by their own.

There were a few challenges regarding the platform. Old platform was build during a long time period and was used by internal company managers, so a lot of things was formed historically. So, the big User Experience reconsideration and design was needed. 

Team started with Architecture design, and technology selection. We’ve made a research and knowing the platforms limitations decided about the technology stack. The most influence on it was from the other parts of client’s infrastructure. Also, from the start we started to build UX. We developed the set of principles that will help users to utilize the platform options and made it as UX/UI framework for the application. 

This approach helped us to deliver platform 3 weeks before the internal deadline and 9 weeks before the “market release” deadline.
