Our client is a startup on the production phase. First, all the teams were managed by the owner and technical lead, string process responsibilities. At some stage, when the team grow our client wanted to introduce a dedicated role for process management. But in the company, there was no PM expertise to formulate the description and standard for the role.

- Screening of the candidates and leading interviews
- Preparation of the detailed report of each interview, based on the structure of the profile and with the recommended decision to pass to the next phase
- Preparation of the key aspects of the interview for the client, based on the strategic perspectives
Results
- Processes and roles analysis with report and recommendations
- 3 candidates were selected and recommended to the final stage and one candidate was selected and offered the PM role
- PM successfully passed the approbation period
- 2 mentor meetings were held according to the analysis of the areas for development of the selected candidates
